Rashtriya Granthasuchi – Marathi Vibhag is published in collaboration with the Government of Maharashtra since 1958. From 1958 to 1970 was published in collaboration with Directorate of Languages, Mumbai, Maharashtra. Since 2010, it has been published in collaboration with Directorate of Libraries, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
From January 2010, with the help of library software and Unicode, documents in all languages have been completely recorded in their respective languages and transliterated into Roman for the Indian National Bibliography. From those documents, language bibliography in respective languages is prepared. Fully computerized Marathi bibliographies have been published till 2020
